Scentifica collects application form data submitted by users, including business contact details and information about a fragrance brand. This can include name, email, brand name, website or social profile, country, target market, product readiness, sales stage, pricing range, gross margin range, growth budget, bottleneck, goal, timeline, and optional message details.

This data may be used to review applications, respond to inquiries, route the application for internal review, prepare business communications, improve services, and maintain application records. Scentifica may also create an internal fit score or recommended next step from the submitted business fields.

The application route may collect basic technical context such as source page, UTM parameters, referrer, user agent, and a hashed IP value for operational review and abuse prevention. Lead delivery uses server-side email automation; delivery credentials are not exposed in the browser.

Scentifica Intelligence article questions may collect the submitted name, work email, article, locale, question, consent record, and a hashed request fingerprint for moderation and abuse prevention. Reader questions are private by default. Scentifica may publish only an edited public question and edited public answer after moderation; the submitter name, email, and original private submission are not published.

If configured, server-side email notifications may alert the private intake inbox that a new reader question is waiting for moderation. Question notifications use the same server-side email rail as lead intake and are marked as questions. Resend credentials and database credentials are never exposed to the browser.

Microsoft Clarity analytics is loaded only after the visitor gives permission. Essential browser storage remembers that choice; it can be changed at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. Form fields are marked for analytics masking where supported. Scentifica does not sell personal data.
